The SSI Stress & Rescue course is one of the most challenging and rewarding courses you will undertake. You will learn the necessary skills to protect yourself and other divers, as well as identify stress factors. You will know how to prevent accidents, perform rescues, and provide assistance in emergency situations.

General Itinerary
Day 1
Introduction to the rescue, accident prevention, and emergency management course. You will practice key skills such as self-rescue, diver assistance, and stress response.
8:00 AM (6–7 hours)
Day 2
Review of safety and emergency response concepts. Practical training at sea with rescue exercises and controlled scenario management.
8:00 AM (6–7 hours)
Day 3 (depending on destination)
Full-scale simulations at sea integrating all course skills. Closing with final evaluation and certification.
